Quaint and Lively Location

The surrounding areas are full of character much like the bed and breakfast itself. The village of Qala is much sought after by tourists due to its rustic feel and lively centre. In walking distance, you will find the village square, locally referred to as the Pjazza. You can find anything needed for short or longer stays in a short distance – be it a local bakery, butcher, fishmonger, vegetable and fruit vendors, pharmacies, posts office and small supermarkets. In the evenings you will find an exquisite selection of local restaurants, each with their own unique and local cuisine. On weekends, there is often live music and energetic atmosphere, suitable for people of all ages, including families. Qala is also home to Hondoq Bay, although the sea in Gozo is always nearby and all other beaches are easily accessible.
